Killer Rig is a place for people to learn how to play a musical instrument. Network with other musicians, and enjoy a community of like-minded people.
Unfortunately, many people turn into bullies online and create a very poor experience. To make Killer Rig a friendly community, we simply delete such comments. We have received many emails and comments from our community. Those who are thrilled with Killer Rig Owners and Moderators. Especially for creating this type of friendly environment.
Killer Rig Comment Policy
If a comment…
- is unfriendly or impolite to the author of the post or any other commenter
- advocates an illegal practice
- uses vulgar, profane, or unnecessarily harsh language
- is spam or appears to be written primarily to post a link or advertise
- infringes on the rights of another
- is written anonymously
- contains copyrighted material not licensed for distribution on the site
- impersonates another user
- is off-topic
The comment may be deleted by Killer Rig staff or authorized volunteer moderators. The deletion of comments is wholly within the discretion of the volunteer moderator. Or the Killer Rig employee. Their decision is final and will not be reconsidered.
But What If I Disagree With Someone?
That is completely fine! The whole purpose for allowing comments on Killer Rig is to allow anyone to share their opinions and knowledge. Please speak up if you disagree with the author of a post or another person who has commented. HOWEVER, you must be polite, and you must be friendly.
Look through the site, and you’ll see that there are comments disagreeing with the author. Or even another person who has commented. We welcome those comments! If a person comments with their opinion and disagrees. But does so in an impolite or unfriendly way, the comment will be deleted.
