Refund and Warranty Policy

RETURNS
Product returns are only accepted within five days of receipt of goods with a KILLER RIG issued RMA number that is accompanied by the original sales receipt. RMA numbers can be acquired by emailing contact@killerrig.com with your request.

Upon receiving the returned item, Killer Rig staff will inspect and test the item to verify it is in new condition and in perfect working order. Upon the item(s) passing inspection, we will issue a refund for the cost of the pedal minus shipping or contact you with any questions/concerns.

There will be a re-stocking fee for all returned goods that are found in less than new condition either functionally, mechanically or cosmetically. Returns must be received in the condition they were received, in the original packaging with all contents.

Any missing items will be deducted from your credited total. No RMA numbers will be issued and returns will not be permitted after five days of receipt.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued once your return has been received and inspected. You will be notified by email of the receipt of the goods and again with the status of the refund after inspection.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. Please note that there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the refund has not been received within this period, please email: contact@killerrig.com. Shipping charges are not subject to refunds.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are at the sole discretion of KILLER RIG and if offered are only for defective products. Email contact@killerrig.com for an RMA number and address for the return. Exchanges will be sent to the same address as the original order.

WARRANTY
KILLER RIG offers a limited/non-transferable warranty on products effective one year from original purchase date. This covers defects in the materials and/or workmanship of your product. RMA numbers are required for all returns. 

RMA numbers and shipping instructions can be acquired by emailing contact@killerrig.com with your request.

Broken knobs, pots and jacks are not covered, because these aren’t meant to be stomped on via you jumping off your half stack. We will, however, repair these for a reasonable fee.

All other repairs and support will be billed at a specified hourly rate with a minimum one-hour bench time plus all shipping costs.

If the returned product is not repairable and under warranty, we reserve the right to provide a refund or a replacement, which may or may not be a reconditioned product. If we issue a refund, it will be for the cost of the product only (shipping not included).

All repairs and returns must be shipped pre-paid by customer. Warranty repairs after service will be returned at KILLER RIG’s expense. Non-warranty repairs will be shipped at the product owners expense and invoiced with the repair costs.

Repair charges must be paid within 60 days completion, or it becomes property of Killer Rig. Shipping method of products for repair or warranty to Killer Rig is solely at the owner of the products discretion.

Killer Rig is not responsible for the loss or damage to these shipments and strongly advises insuring the package and using a method that provides tracking capabilities.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Damage caused by negligence, modification, improper use, incorrect voltages, incorrect power supply use, malicious intent/use or general wear and tear. Damage caused during transportation of the product.

Damage caused by repair or service carried out by persons/company not authorized by Killer Rig. A Product with a serial number which has been defaced or removed. A Product which was not purchased from Killer Rig or one of our authorized re-sellers.

Return shipping for warranty service for address outside of North America. All products and repairs shipments are F.O.B. origin, freight prepaid & collect.
